Brewer and Smola Announce $6,500 to Replace Heating Systems in Warren

Boston – Senator Stephen M. Brewer (D-Barre) and State Representative Todd M. Smola (R-Palmer), announced today that Warren Housing Authority (WHA) will received $6,500 in federal recovery funds to replace the outdated steam heating system currently in place at WHA’s Winthrop Terrace development. The funds will be used to install new high-efficiency boilers, providing cleaner and more energy efficient heat for residents. The installation of the new systems will also create jobs in the community.
